    The only way I can get access to the remote system is to reboot via safe mode, uninstall the video driver and use the stock VGA driver for Windows. I would hit the control-alt-delete to try to bring up the taskbar but at that point, when I move the mouse, you would see little boxes that would refresh a bit of the screen.
